Successful Vegan Drinks at Herbivore!

On Tuesday, September 8th over 20 vegans from across the Bay Area congregated at Herbivore restaurant and bar in Berkeley! This was quite a step up from the 8 vegan drinkers who attended the first event. If we keep growing at this rate, Vegan Drinks will take over the world in no time!
Herbivore was a great location because we got to enjoy drinks and delicious vegan food, and we didn't have to worry about what was vegan on the menu because it was all vegan! We will surely be back, but next month we are going to try something totally different.

We are having the October East Bay Vegan Drinks at the *BRAND NEW* Lake Chalet Bar and Grill in Oakland right on Lake Merrit! They aren't the most vegan friendly establishment, so don't come super hungry, but they said they make some mean vegan pot pie and fries. Plus, this is our chance to give them lots of encouragement to offer more vegan options! Not to worry though, you won't leave thirsty. They have a well stocked bar with everything from Coors Light to fancy mix drinks. And better yet, Tuesday night is Half-Priced Margarita night!
